Your Spanish Will
Fees
Our fees are for taking your instructions, drafting the relevant documents and sending them to you for your approval. Once approved and if you are in Spain then we will liaise with you to arrange an appointment with your local notary. Our fees are inclusive of IVA at 21%.
If you are signing a Spanish Will or LPA outside of Spain then we will arrange for these documents to be registered with the Spanish Civil Registry.
The fees do not cover any notary fees, courier expenses or travel expenses we incur on your behalf attending appointments with you or additional translator fees you may incur.
